Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about ordering, customization, and shipping
Customization
Can you develop a product from my drawing or reference photo?
Yes. Send us your reference image, sketch, dimensions and intended use. Our team will evaluate the material, structure, weaving method and production feasibility before sample development. For structured products, we can develop custom metal frames in different shapes and sizes before hand weaving. This allows us to turn many design concepts into manufacturable products.
Can you create custom shapes with metal frames?
Yes. This is one of our key manufacturing capabilities. We can form and weld metal wire into different structures and then hand-wrap or weave the frame with seagrass, paper rope, rattan-style materials and other fibers. This process is suitable for developing custom: Baskets, planters, plant stands, lampshades, lanterns and decorative home accessories. If you have a unique shape in mind, send us your drawing or reference image for a feasibility review.
Shipping & Logistics
Can you help reduce packaging volume and shipping costs?
Yes. Packaging efficiency is particularly important for bulky woven products. During product and packaging development, we can evaluate solutions such as: Nested designs, stackable structures, optimized carton sizes and suitable protective packaging. For B2B buyers, we recommend considering packaging and container efficiency during product development rather than after production.
General
How do you control consistency in handmade products?
Because our products are handmade from natural materials, slight variations are part of their natural character. For bulk orders, we control key specifications through approved samples and production standards, including: Dimensions · Shape · Weaving density · Material · Color range · Structure · Finishing Our team checks these details during production and before packing to maintain consistent quality across the order.
Will natural materials have color or texture variations?
Yes. Natural fibers may show slight variations in color, grain, thickness and texture. These variations are normal characteristics of natural materials rather than manufacturing defects. For bulk orders, we sort and match materials as much as possible to maintain a consistent overall appearance. If your brand has specific color or appearance requirements, please tell us before sampling.
How do you prevent woven products from becoming moldy or damaged?
Material condition and moisture control are important for natural fiber products. Before packing, products should be properly dried and inspected. We also pay attention to warehouse conditions, packing methods and moisture protection according to product and shipment requirements. For humid markets or long-distance sea shipments, additional moisture-protection solutions can be discussed according to the order.
