All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. Payment terms are specified in individual quotations. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
4. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product and customization requirements. MOQ will be specified in quotations and must be met for order processing.
5. Production and Delivery
Production times are estimates and begin after sample approval and deposit payment. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our products according to approved samples. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WoodCraft Custom and protected by copyright laws. Customer-provided logos and designs remain the property of the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or arbitration.
